Decentralized Identity Rules
Knot Internet operates on the principle of decentralized identity management. Users maintain complete control over their anonymous personas without central authority oversight.
User Responsibilities
By using Knot Internet, you agree to:
- • Not use the network for illegal activities
- • Respect the privacy and anonymity of other users
- • Not attempt to compromise network security
- • Keep your recovery phrases secure and private
- • Use identities responsibly and ethically
Community Standards
While Knot Internet provides anonymity, communities can establish their own standards for member conduct. Violation of community standards may result in removal from specific Knots, but your anonymous identity remains protected.
Limitation of Liability
Knot Internet is provided as-is. We are not liable for unauthorized access, data loss, or consequences arising from your use of anonymous identities. Users assume all risks associated with using the platform.
Content Policy
While Knot Internet does not moderate content due to its decentralized nature, individual Knots may remove harmful content. Repeated violation of community standards across multiple Knots may result in reputation penalties on the network.
Termination
Users can delete their identities at any time. Once deleted, all associated data is permanently removed from the network and cannot be recovered.
